Durable Strength

Over 21 years of coaching, I've trained thousands of athletes — from elite competitors to CEOs to people fighting through Huntington's disease and cerebral palsy. I've come back from a ruptured disc at L5/S1, two knee surgeries, a broken foot (twice), and a fractured clavicle — and I'm back to racing gravel. I used to compete in cross-country mountain bike and cyclocross until my back injury forced me to step away. I'm certified in Olympic lifting, Z-Health, RKC, and USA Triathlon metabolic efficiency. I built Durable Strength because I got tired of watching good athletes follow bad programs. I want you to succeed and become the best physical version of yourself you can be.
